Meg wears many hats that are critical to our success. She is the Executive Assistant to Karen Hawley Miles and Karen Baroody, as well as the Office/Facilities Manager for all of ERS. Outside of supporting both Karens, Meg keeps the office running smoothly, spearheads knowledge management initiatives, assists on sensitive network projects, and manages scheduling and training logistics New Hires.
Prior to joining ERS, Meg interned with the marketing team of a small software developing start up. Her first job out of college was as a Client Services Associate at Imagitas, a targeted marketing services company. In that role she supported and acted as a resource for nine Sales Directors and five Account Managers.
Outside of work, Meg enjoys reading and doing anything that takes place outdoors. She volunteers for Horizons for Homeless Children and REACH Beyond Domestic Violence. She greatly enjoys architecture and drawing up floor plans for houses, and dreams of someday designing and building her own house—ideally by a lake in the middle of the woods with lots of trees and berry bushes, but she’s not too particular.
