Principal Associate

Associate
The ideal ERS Associate has strong and proven analytical skills, including proficiency in supporting tools such as Excel and SQL, enjoys the interpretation of information and data and thinks strategically. Associates are expected to execute and communicate well defined analyses with moderate supervision and collaborate with their teams in the development of client presentations and reports. Business Analyst/ Accountant
The ideal ERS business analyst/accountant has strong accounting or data management experience in a complex tracking environment (small organizations, $5-10M, non-profits, professional services, or manufacturing). This is a newly created position to meet increasing demand, and requires an understanding of cost accounting principles and the ability to balance initiative and follow through in a team based work environment.
