Help ERS Reach More Schools with Strategies that Work!
In 2025, ERS helped over 100 school systems identify over $560 million, 1.2 million student hours, and 20,000 teacher planning hours to redirect toward evidence-based strategies that accelerate outcomes for hundreds of thousands of high-need students.
Our public schools—and the 50 million children who rely on them—need us more than ever.

Our expertise is in high demand, but district budgets don’t always match leaders’ appetite for innovation and impact. Your donation to our Believe in Public Education Fund enables ERS to partner with districts across the country, giving all families access to the great schools they deserve.
See the Impact of Our Work
Support from donors and philanthropic organizations helps ERS work alongside education leaders to rethink how school systems use resources so that every student can thrive. Our 2025 Impact Report offers a closer look at what that support made possible in 2025, from strengthening district and state partnerships to launching tools and research that help education leaders better serve students nationwide. Read on to see how we’re driving transformation across the country.

THE WILLIS HAWLEY FUND
The Willis Hawley Fund was established in the fall of 2021 to honor the legacy of Dr. Willis Hawley. The Willis Hawley Fund has a special mission that honors Dr. Willis Hawley’s work supporting school system leaders and teachers to implement research-backed strategies that improve life outcomes for the students furthest from opportunity. Through his work as Dean of both Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College and University of Maryland’s College of Education, Dr. Hawley educated thousands of policymakers, educators, and school and system leaders. He believed, as we do, that creating a society prepared for the future will require education leaders to move away from last-century ways of “doing school” by making strategic moves to reorganize and reallocate resources toward a bold new vision that improves experiences and outcomes for all.
If you would like to designate your donation to the Willis Hawley Fund, please add “designate to Willis Hawley Fund” in the notes field before completing your payment. On behalf of Dr. Hawley’s family, thank you.
