District Partner 2013-2014
In this six-month engagement, ERS worked with 32 Tennessee districts, known as “Accelerated Planning Districts,” through the Department of Education to support a redesign of their compensation system. A new state law requires all 136 districts to submit a differentiated pay plan (i.e., tie a performance compensation component to their structure) by February 2014.
