Groups

ERStrategies.org uses groups for aggregate reporting.

Looks like you are currently not a member of any groups. Here is some information about the benefits of group activity and how to get started.

Groups with Resource Check

Check for consensus across a leadership team:
You can easily see if the group agrees on the district’s strengths and weaknesses, and whether your perspective differs significantly from others.

Check for consensus among groups:
Different departments or leadership groups might have very different views of what can be improved in a district. For example, the central office might think that leadership support is fine, whereas a group of principals might flag that as an issue.

Groups with Budget Hold’em

Playing Budget Hold'em with a group of colleagues can be a powerful teaching tool for education leaders wanting to rethink the budgeting process. Consider bringing together people from a variety of roles, departments, and perspectives and use the game to spark a robust discussion on district priorities and the impact of possible trade-offs.

How to I get started with groups?

Email , Director of Tools and Technologies with your request to form a group. We will provide logistical support on getting accounts created and share what we have learned from successful groups. To help us help you better, please tell us a little bit about how you envision using the tool as well as how many people are in the group. We will then create a group for all desired accounts.
