How Can Leaders Use Resources to Support Equity?

A University Principal Preparation Initiative Online Learning Series

Resource allocation is a key task for school leaders. This webinar explored the question, “How can leader preparation programs teach aspiring leaders to use their people, time, and money to produce equitable outcomes for children?” As the first in an online learning series on "Taking Educator Preparation to the Next Level" in partnership with the University Preparation Program Initiative, this talk was designed for faculty and district leaders of school leader preparation programs to think about what and how to teach school leaders about the connection between leadership, equity and resource allocation.
