We're excited to announce that ERS has a new home as of this week. We've just relocated our offices to the newly renovated Riverworks office complex at 480 Pleasant Street in Watertown.
The relocation marks a critical time in ERS' history. Demand for our work is growing, and we've just hired six new people, who will begin at the end of the month. The new space has room to welcome the new hires and others as we continue to expand.
Below are some photos of our move, which was no easy feat with a staff of 26. It was a coordinated effort led in large part by Administrative Assistant Meg Duberek. For months in advance, she coordinated everything around the logistics of moving an office and setting up the new space—from rug samples to duct work, to packing and moving details. Go Meg! Also instrumental were Administrative Assistant Kira DeVaul, Director Don Hovey and Tools and Technology Manager Kristan Singleton.
As for all of us at ERS, we’re excited to be part of the newly renovated Riverworks building, located along the Charles River. It includes a cafeteria, a gym, a courtyard with outdoor seating and plenty of parking. And with almost double the office space, I'm sure we'll be very happy.
