We recently welcomed 10 new members to the ERS family! Every year, a class of new hires spends the first two weeks at ERS in what we call New Hire Orientation, where they immerse themselves in the ERS mission, culture, and values; and they learn the analytical skills and background knowledge needed to participate and thrive on our teams. New Hire Orientation is the culmination of many months of work by nearly every member of ERS. It also marks the start of the new hiring cycle! See our Careers page if you're interested in joining our 2018 class.
