We are thrilled to announce that seven new employees joined us recently, bringing new experience and enthusiasm to our growing organization.
The cohort just completed a two-week orientation period—the result of months of preparation from nearly everyone here—that included training on everything from our Seven Strategies for transformation and our resource mapping process, to how to create compelling PowerPoint presentations and how our tools work. The orientation culminated with presentations given by the new hires, who were split into two teams. After studying the funding and student data from a real district, the teams were asked to create a story and a PowerPoint deck, and present their findings and recommendations to their “clients,” a hypothetical district leadership team. Everyone was very proud at the high quality of the presentations and the insightfulness of their interpretations. ERS just keeps getting smarter!
