Airian is currently partnering with Tulsa Public Schools to improve talent management processes. He has also been deeply involved in helping districts and states blaze pathways to meet transparency requirements, brought about by the ESSA legislation, while leveraging said requirements to advance equity.
Prior to joining ERS, Airian did his undergraduate study at Tufts University where he was fortunate to sing alongside his brothers in S-Factor, a vocal group specializing in music of the African Diaspora. During his four years, Airian studied Sociology and Entrepreneurial Leadership while holding internships with New Sector Alliance, Year Up, and Hill Holliday.
Outside of work, Airian enjoys watching movies, spending time with loved ones, singing, playing strategy games, being outdoors, and contemplating how to combat racial inequity.
