Ajay Monteiro is an Executive Assistant and provides direct support to ERS Partner, Betty Chang, and Director of Communications, Kaitlyn Chantry. He also provides additional support to the Field Building Team. Ajay brings with him numerous years of administrative and business management experience. 

Before coming to ERS, Ajay was the Office Manager & Executive Assistant to the CEO for a non-profit based in Boston working with the Elderly community. During his time there, he was the liaison to the Board of Directors, member of the Leadership Team, and played a key role in creating office policies during COVID.  

Outside of work Ajay enjoys doing anything creative. He is a professional photographer, graphic designer, and videographer. The thing he enjoys most is spending quality time with his son.
