Alex Kogan

Strategy & Partnerships Lead

As Strategy & Partnerships Lead, Alex is a key contributor to ERS’ organizational operations and district and state partnerships strategy. This role includes contract stewardship, revenue management, and proposal writing.

During his time at ERS, he has successfully implemented new processes for grants management, contracting, revenue reporting, Salesforce data tracking, and coordination with ERS’ finance team for project invoicing.

Currently based in St. Louis, Alex grew up in New York. After graduating from college in Maine, he moved to Germany to teach upper school math at the International School of Stuttgart. Alex enjoys spending time with family, cooking and baking, playing tennis, and watching the Mets.
