Leadership Development Project Lead
After spending six years on the consulting side, Ashley now applies the insights gained from her deep work with schools and districts to help lead our philanthropy and fundraising efforts and leadership development work. On the leadership development side, she helps develop and facilitate working sessions that share and scale best practices, like the ERS Budget Partner Retreats and the CFO Strategy Networks. Before moving into this role, she supported Strategic School Design initiatives with Shelby County Schools, and Boston Public Schools, and deep resource use studies with The School District of Palm Beach County, the Georgia Department of Education, and the New York State Education Department
Prior to ERS was an ESL teacher in Shanghai China. She was also an Education Pioneers Summer Fellow with Year Up in Chicago, where she led the recruitment and onboarding of the Chicago site’s inaugural class. She also spent one summer living out her cowgirl fantasies as a dude ranch “hand” out in Colorado.
Outside of ERS, Ashley enjoys traveling (Romania, France, and China have been recent trips), and nature walks (she loves exploring conservation land on the South Shore of Massachusetts) and spending time with her husband and baby girl.
