Austin has joined the ERS team during a phase of expansion in the role as HR coordinator. Her responsibilities include supporting the HR team and Core Services teams for the organization. She uses her people first mindset in combination with her organizational and analytical skillsets to give the best results to her team!  

Austin earned her Bachelors of Science in Biological Anthropology from George Washington University and spent her free time volunteering at the National Museum of Natural History in Washington, D.C. From there she continued to follow her love for people to her Masters of Science program at Boston University School of Medicine. After graduating, she honed in on her research and analytical skills by becoming a Research Technician in on of Massachusetts General Hospital’s pre-clinical research laboratories before making a career pivot into the more people focused and collaborative space of HR with ERS!
