Application Support Specialist
As part of the Technologies Team, Ben supports ERS’ most essential software such as CAPS and Spaces. He supports the implementation of software—identifying potential enhancements—and tests for bugs.
Prior to joining ERS, Ben made a transition into tech with Uber Technologies (or just Uber as many know it) on the Community Operations team. He was in charge of building relationships and improving processes, as well as troubleshooting any issues within the app.
Outside of work Ben likes to spend time with his wife and son, write and produce music, attend live music shows, and attempt to cook.
