Caitlin is currently on the Tulsa School Innovation and Design team, working to redesign teacher compensation and career pathways and to create scheduling and staffing tools for principals in the district.
Prior to joining ERS, Caitlin received her B.A. in Economics from Brown University, where she conducted research on teacher evaluation and effectiveness, tutored and mentored students at Hope High School, and was captain of the women’s Ultimate Frisbee Team. She also worked at Concentric Research & Evaluation, where she helped design research studies on summer learning and teacher-home visiting programs and at Synergy Enterprises, where she profiled the teacher training, recruitment, and retention practices across top-performing countries for the U.S. Department of Education.
Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys talking about how much she loves her hometown, Rochester, NY, contemplating all the ways in which our education system can be reformed, and never going a day without eating ice cream.
