Caroline Moore

Principal Associate

In her four years at ERS, Caroline has supported many districts by leading analytic processes that answer key strategic questions. Most recently, she has worked with Indianapolis Public Schools to help the district develop a plan for financial sustainability post-ESSER. She has also recently worked on course schedule and career pathway analyses in Tulsa Public Schools and Detroit Public School Community District. She has past project experience on many ERS service lines, including high school redesign, teacher compensation modeling, and student-based budgeting projects. She serves on ERS’ funding practice area, which advances ERS’ thinking and methodology on school and system resource allocation and funding system design.

Prior to joining ERS, Caroline earned her B.A from Hamilton College with a dual concentration in Government & Psychology. During her time at Hamilton, she also worked for the Admissions & Development Offices and served as co-chair of the Student Assembly’s Philanthropy Committee. Outside of work, Caroline enjoys figure skating, reading science fiction, and trivia.
