Analyst
Caroline currently works on the Baltimore team to support the district’s COVID-19 school re-entry planning process.
Prior to joining ERS, Caroline earned her B.A from Hamilton College with a dual concentration in Government & Psychology. During her time at Hamilton, she also worked for the Admissions & Development Offices and served as co-chair of the Student Assembly’s Philanthropy Committee. As an intern and as a student, she has contributed to the analysis in a variety of research projects focusing on education and labor policies.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys figure skating, reading memoirs, trivia, and exploring the Boston area.
