In her two years at ERS, Caroline has developed expertise in supporting districts as they plan and implement student-based budgeting systems, including in District of Columbia Public Schools. She has also worked on elementary and secondary scheduling projects and is a member of ERS’ System Strategy and Design Practice Area.
Prior to joining ERS, Caroline earned her B.A from Hamilton College with a dual concentration in Government & Psychology. During her time at Hamilton, she also worked for the Admissions & Development Offices and served as co-chair of the Student Assembly’s Philanthropy Committee. Outside of work, Caroline enjoys figure skating, reading science fiction, trivia, and exploring the Boston area.
