As an Analyst at ERS, Casey partners with district and school leaders to make data-driven, research-backed decisions that advance educational equity and improve the overall student experience. Prior to joining ERS, Casey spent five years in the Boston Public Schools, first serving as a City Year AmeriCorps Member and later as a middle school math teacher.

Outside of work, Casey enjoys hiking in New Hampshire’s White Mountains with friends, trying out new dinner recipes, and binge-watching the latest TV series.
