Analyst
In her role as an analyst, Claire helps district partners make strategic decisions about resource allocation through data analysis and the synthesis of findings. She is currently working with Albuquerque Public Schools to design a more transparent and equitable school funding model for the district.
Prior to joining ERS, Claire received her Master’s in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School. During her time in graduate school, Claire worked with the EdRedesign Lab at the Harvard Graduate School of Education to promote a place-based, cradle-to-career approach to child development that extends beyond school walls. She also partnered with the nonprofit organization Chattanooga 2.0 to conduct a funding stream analysis for the expansion of early childhood education in Hamilton County, TN.
Outside of work, Claire enjoys spending time outdoors, reading her latest library book, and following Boston sports.
