Claire Reid
In her role as a principal associate, Claire helps district partners make strategic decisions about resource allocation through data analysis and the synthesis of findings. She is currently supporting Metro Nashville Public Schools in the development of a financial sustainability strategy post-ESSER. Previously, Claire has worked on projects with the Texas Education Agency and Albuquerque Public Schools.
Prior to joining ERS, Claire received her Master’s in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School. During her time in graduate school, Claire worked with the EdRedesign Lab at the Harvard Graduate School of Education to promote a place-based, cradle-to-career approach to child development that extends beyond school walls. She also partnered with the nonprofit organization Chattanooga 2.0 to conduct a funding stream analysis for the expansion of early childhood education in Hamilton County, TN.
