Crystal currently works on the Sustainable Transformation team, which is focused on empowering districts with models and resource considerations as they apply ESSER II stimulus dollars to address the impacts of COVID-19 and transform school practices.
Before joining ERS, Crystal was on the account management team at Curriculum Associates, supporting districts with the implementation of adaptive assessments and online instruction. Prior to that, Crystal taught sixth grade science at Neighborhood House Charter School in Dorchester through Teach for America. Crystal earned a B.S. in Biology from Emory University and an Ed.M. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the Boston University Wheelock College of Education and Human Development.
