Diane leads the talent and human resource work at ERS. She collaborates with teams across ERS to enhance organizational development; build strong team engagement; and advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging at ERS. Diane leads and manages organizational design efforts to create the vision, strategy, tools, and processes to enhance team/individual empowerment and learning. She is the resource for all day-to-day human resources matters at ERS including recruitment, hiring, and the full employee life cycle. Diane manages and coaches the Human Resources and Talent Team.

Prior to ERS, Diane was Human Resource Manager at MIT’s Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J - PAL). Diane moved to MIT from Health Leads where she was Manager, People & Culture and led organizational design and change management efforts including creating a new process for organizational goal setting, performance management, and employee engagement. Before Health Leads, Diane worked in consulting at Commongood Careers, where she managed over 150 searches and worked to actively develop networks and partnerships to bring exceptional talent to non-profits across the country. Diane is trained in conflict resolution and mediation through the Center for Mediation & Collaboration RI. She is certified in ProSci change management methodology, tools, and practices.

When not at ERS Diane can be found spending time with family and friends, reading and discussing books at book club, doing yoga, hiking/walking, catching up on the latest PBS shows, and listening to lots of different music and podcasts.
