Leadership Development Specialist

As the Leadership Development Coordinator, Edwin is working to expand and enhance ERS’ leadership development practice with strong knowledge management, collaboration, and organization. Through efficient systems and structures, Edwin supports the development of current and future leaders in school districts across the country and their understanding of how to use resources equitably and strategically. This contributes to growth and scaled impact as ERS works to strengthen system practices so that every student is prepared for tomorrow.

Edwin grew up in Miami, FL and moved to the Greater Boston Area to attend Brandeis University. At Brandeis, Edwin obtained a B.A. in International and Global Studies and Sociology. Prior to ERS, Edwin was a Senior Associate at the Achievement Network (ANet). At ANet, Edwin led a portfolio of school partners through partnership kickoff and their in-year experience with formative interim assessments and online instructional products using a strong strategy, adaptive process, training, and resources.

Outside of work Edwin loves trying new restaurants, discovering new music and podcasts, getting creative in the kitchen, thrifting, and finding new parts of the Greater Boston Area and beyond to explore.
