Emily is a member of the New York team—a Race to the Top-funded project that aims to describe how people, time, and money are used in eight districts and to help the New York State Education Department (NYSED) better support local districts in using resources effectively to improve student learning.
Before ERS, she worked as a high school math teacher and 9th grade dean at the Noble and Greenough School in Dedham, MA. She also coached crew, both at the high school and for adults and kids learning to row on the Charles River.
Outside of work, Emily rows for the Community Rowing competitive women's crew team. She loves to compete and enjoys local sprint triathlons and road races.
