Emma Strother
Emma is an advocate for youth empowerment, education systems change, and social entrepreneurship. At ERS, she supports public school districts across the country to pilot and scale new models of the teaching job.

She also worked as a public sector consultant with State agencies across New England on digital government, climate, and disaster relief projects.
In 2016, Emma helped produce the first American-Cuban music festival in Havana since the reopening of diplomatic relations.
