Principal Associate
In her role as Principal Associate, Hayley supports district leaders by conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses and facilitating decision-making processes. Hayley has conducted a variety of work with Hartford Public Schools, including developing staffing and scheduling plans for fall 2020 reopening; helping develop plans to invest federal stimulus funds in ways that are aligned with district strategic priorities; and supporting planning and execution of Hartford’s Strategic Operating Plan and stimulus spending plans. Hayley has also played a key role in several projects focused on resource equity, including the Alliance for Resource Equity team and an Equity Snapshot analysis in Gwinnett County Public Schools. As a member of ERS’s School Design Practice Area Hayley has helped create a school planning process diagnostic, among other work.
Before joining ERS, Hayley taught sixth grade math at Argosy Collegiate Charter School in Fall River, MA as part of Teach For America. Prior to that, Hayley worked at Altman Solon (formerly Altman Vilandrie & Company), a strategy consulting firm focused on the technology, media, and telecom industries. Hayley earned a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College and an Ed.M. in Curriculum & Teaching from the Boston University Wheelock College of Education & Human Development.
Outside of ERS, Hayley enjoys trying new recipes, watching improv and stand-up comedy, playing lawn games, and cheering on the Boston Celtics.
