Isaac Kaplan

Analyst

As an Analyst at ERS, Isaac supports school systems in making strategic decisions that improve educational outcomes for students. Isaac’s work involves analyzing data, conducting research, and developing insights that help district leaders align resources, staffing, and budgets to help create opportunities for all students to succeed.

Prior to joining ERS, Isaac worked as a Research Assistant for the American Institutes for Research where his work focused on conducting evaluations and studies to improve outcomes in Early Childhood and Special Education programs.

Outside of ERS, Isaac enjoys biking, hiking and skiing, going to concerts, and playing cards and board games with friends.
