Senior Administrative Assistant
As a Senior Administrative Assistant, Julia provides direct support to Managing Partner, Jonathan Travers, Partner, Joseph Trawick-Smith, and Senior Advisor, Katie Roy.
After completing her Bachelor of Science in Film & Television at Boston University, Julia pursued her interest in filmmaking at Blueberry Hill Productions, where she earned credits on several documentaries. In 2018, Julia discovered a passion for teaching while working as a substitute teacher and paraprofessional in Boston-area schools. She achieved her Master of Education at American International College in 2020 and went on to teach in the Winchester and Brookline school districts. Julia is continuing her mission to improve outcomes for students by supporting the partners at ERS.
Outside of work, Julia feeds her love of film by visiting the theater—sometimes more than once a week. She also loves tending to her house plants, even when they don’t cooperate, and considers her monstera deliciosa more of a roommate or a pet.
