Leadership Development Coordinator
As the Leadership Development Coordinator, Junelle works with a diverse range of stakeholders including team members, partner to support district leaders nationwide helping them create an equitable and resourceful school system. Through event planning and utilizing internal systems, and structures, Junelle helps strengthen ERS Impact on reimaging school systems.
Prior to joining ERS, Junelle worked as a Workforce Development Coordinator at Boston Children Hospital (BCH) working to cultivate a diverse range of engaged future professionals by exposing high school students to healthcare careers. At BCH, Junelle helped plan the Summer Program (COACH) as well as work with various community-based organization access and apply for jobs. Junelle holds a B.A. in Sociology from Dartmouth College.
Other interests of Junelle include reading, crocheting and spending time with friends.
