Analyst
As an Analyst, Keanne enhances district partner support through developing hypotheses, analyzing data, and conceptualizing findings. She is currently working alongside Baltimore City Public Schools (BCPSS) on allocating funds due to House Bill 1300, which significantly alters Maryland’s state aid formula.
Before joining ERS, Keanne earned degrees in Economics and Comparative Human Development from the University of Chicago. During college, she refined her passion through tutoring, nonprofit work, and research. Most recently, Keanne taught Middle School ELA as a Teaching Fellow for Breakthrough Greater Boston. She has also done research at Cleveland Transformation Alliance on pandemic impacts in Cleveland Municipal School District and interned at Chicago Public Schools Department of Procurement, streamlining budget processes and analyzing expenditures.
Outside of work, Keanne enjoys cooking while pretending she is competing in Masterchef, tackling the New York Times crossword, and collecting shot glasses during her travels.
