Kira FitzGerald

Associate

As an associate, Kira partners with school and district leaders to bring a data-driven perspective to shaping strategic planning, resource reallocation, and school design transformation. Her work includes piloting new data practices that support streamlining of analyses and launch better standards for benchmarking comparisons.

Prior to joining ERS, Kira studied Computer Science and Linguistics at Princeton University. She has worked with a variety of nonprofit organizations to provide technical and analytical support in the pursuit of their missions. She further worked with Matriculate and the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at Princeton University to tackle the college admissions process from various viewpoints. Her work at these organizations primarily focused on increasing equity and transparency.

Outside of ERS, Kira enjoys supporting all the Ohio sports teams, crocheting and knitting, and attempting to get back into the dance studio.
