Kirotah Mbogo

Associate

As an associate, Mbogo develops hypothesis, processes and analyzes data, and contextualizes findings to support district partners in making data-driven strategic decisions to improve student experiences and outcomes.

He is currently working alongside Baltimore City Public Schools to align the district’s resource use to deliver a high-quality student experience and organize resources strategically due to House Bill 1300.

Before joining ERS, Mbogo earned degrees in Finance and Economics from Emory University. During college, Mbogo supported high-achieving, low-income juniors and seniors in high school as a Matriculate Advising Fellow. Additionally, he interned in the Consumer & Retail group at Nomura and the Technology group at Morgan Stanley in New York City.

Outside of work, Mbogo enjoys taking cooking classes at Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, staying active, and thrift shopping.
