Knowledge Management and Research Lead
As the Knowledge Management & Research Lead, Lauren develops structures and processes to facilitate organizational knowledge transfer and learning through which ERS supports districts and thought partners in the education field. By identifying, capturing, and sharing critical knowledge coming out of our work with school districts and networks across the country, Lauren helps ERS increase our capacity to sustainably do high quality, high impact work; make our work more accessible; and increase our Diversity, Belonging, Inclusion and Equity (DBIE) competence.
Lauren grew up in Memphis, TN where she obtained her B.A. in English Literature from Rhodes College. Prior to ERS, Lauren held roles in youth leadership non-profits, HR services and financial publishing. Her specialty focus is in knowledge management and organization development work.
Outside of work Lauren enjoys reading, writing, kayaking on the Charles River, exploring MA historic and wildlife sites, and attending sporting events with her family.
