Principal Associate
Lauren is a Principal Associate at ERS. She is currently on the Washington snapshot team, working with Seattle and the 6 surrounding districts to identify ways to improve elementary math performance.
Prior to ERS, Lauren received her B.S. in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University, and then went on to join a consulting firm in Boston. She later completed an Education Pioneers fellowship in Racine, WI working to improve data use in the local school district and a collective impact nonprofit.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys going to concerts and exploring the Boston ice cream scene.
