Associate
As an Associate, Liz conducts analyses, contextualizes findings, and partners with district leaders to work towards education equity through strategically designed schools. Liz currently works on the Metro Nashville HS Redesign & School Planning team to help their district redesign school schedules across the career-pathway HS Academies to ensure all students become Ready Graduates with the skills and competencies needed to succeed.
Prior to ERS, Liz was on the Regional School Support Team at Roxbury Prep Charter Schools where she managed data for state reporting, and supported operations teams with a variety of workstreams, including state testing administration, teacher certification, nutrition, and technology management. Liz entered the education field through Teacher for America as an 8th Grade Science teacher, and then completed an Impact Fellowship through Education Pioneers, where she supported Boston Educational Development Fund with a software integration project to reduce manual data entry.
Outside of work, Liz loves all things outdoors, in particular skiing, biking, and playing ultimate frisbee. Her favorite indoor activities include making origami, playing Magic the Gathering, and watching the NBA.
