Mariah Najera
As an analyst, Mariah helps districts make thoughtful decisions about how they use resources to create more equitable and meaningful learning experiences. She is especially passionate about how school structures shape the day-to-day lives of students and teachers, and how these systems can better serve marginalized communities.
Mariah studied Psychology and Education at Yale University, where she explored education through the lenses of public policy, law, journalism, and, of course, psychology. Through her work with non-profit organizations, she also shaped and expanded opportunities for students in Pennsylvania and Nevada.
In her free time, Mariah enjoys dancing, going on slow runs, and discovering new coffee shops.
