A member of the Technology Services team, Meg’s work concentrates on the applications measuring user engagement strategies – from research, through integration and deployment, to implementation and optimization. They collaborate with teams across the organization to manage efficient and high-quality data intake and maintence practices and to support teams in how to best leverage that data in their work. Meg’s long history with the teams at ERS give them a sharpened perspective in understanding how to shape policy, processes, and practices to team needs, as well as how to strategically stay apace with business needs.
Prior to joining ERS, Meg served as a Client Services Associate at a targeted direct mail marketing services organization in Waltham.
Outside of work, Meg can be usually be found outside hiking or in a hammock with a book. If they’ve got to be inside, it’s usually with a small group of friends around a board game.
