Associate
As an Associate, Meredith conducts analyses, determines implications, and works with district leaders to develop strategies for designing strong schools. Most recently she has worked on developing collaborative learning sessions for ERS’s ESSER Strategy Network and Gates WA Bridge CFO/CSO Network on how to execute strategic, equitable, and sustainable ESSER plans. Additionally, she is supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of Dallas ISD’s Extended Learning Time initiative.
During her time at ERS, she has done school design work in Austin (TX), Cleveland (OH), and Chicago (IL) and worked with the Alliance for Resource Equity team to develop tools to help education leaders create roadmaps for change. Meredith is also on ERS’ Knowledge & Data Management team, where she helps build structures to enable ERS to leverage its collective knowledge.
Prior to ERS, Meredith graduated from Tufts University where she studied Computer Science and Sociology and mentored at a local after-school program for elementary students. Outside of work, Meredith enjoys hiking, poetry, live music, and pottery.
