Michelle Guertin

Michelle leads the Finance team at ERS, including the accounting functions and monthly reporting and financial planning and analysis. She has extensive financial leadership expertise in not-for-profit educational organizations and for-profit companies in various industries. She strongly supports ERS’ mission to address the inequities in opportunities and outcomes in school systems across the country.

Prior to joining ERS, Michelle worked for over 20 years in non-profit organizations that provide educational services for young people in residential and day programs. She led finance in other industries including manufacturing, software development and biotechnology.

Outside of work, Michelle and her husband enjoy the performing arts and attend many plays and concerts. They travel and spend time in Sarasota, Florida and Wells, Maine. They enjoy spending time with their son, daughter-in-law and three grandchildren. They keep active spending time on long walks and enjoying the company of their friends and family.
