As Director of Partnerships & Development, Molly manages ERS’ funder relationships, grant portfolio, and other development initiatives that enable ERS to leverage its expertise, resources, and tools to support the wider field and drive transformative shifts in PK-12 education.

After graduating from Wesleyan University in Connecticut, Molly spent 10+ years working in development in New York City, most recently as Director of Development & External Affairs at Prep for Prep. She moved to Boston in 2008 and joined the leadership team at the Neighborhood House Charter School in Dorchester, MA, leading development and then strategic projects.

Molly lives in Newton, MA, with her husband and two sons. She and her family love to play games, watch movies, go on bike rides, and explore new places together.
