Email Monique

Monique joins ERS as an associate consultant on the Leadership Development team, where she supports ERS’ national networks of district leaders and Chief Financial Officers (CFOs). Monique enjoys capturing and synthesizing current problems of practice facing CFOs, as well as facilitating actionable conversations between those partners. 

Prior to joining ERS, Monique was a middle school math teacher for 4 years in Dorchester and Mattapan. While completing her graduate degree, she interned with Transforming Education to research frameworks about trauma informed pedagogies. She also interned with education technology incubator LearnLaunch, supporting their annual conference planning. Before attending graduate school, Monique was the Conference Assistant for the National Partnership for Educational Access and the Student Program Assistant at the MIT Online Science, Technology, Engineering Community program at MIT’s Office of Engineering Outreach Programs.  

Monique enjoys finding and cooking recipes for her partner Joe, watching the Great British Baking show, and cuddling with her cat, Lua.
