Analyst
As an Analyst, Nathalie helps district partners make data-driven strategic decisions on how to best utilize their resources to improve the educational outcome of every student. Nathalie has supported Nashville School District monitor their ESSER funds. She has also worked with a set of districts in Texas as they were implementing an extended school year, she developed a financial equity fact base for Akron Public Schools and carried out a financial and staffing analysis for Yakima School District. Nathalie is also part of the Funding Practice Area.
Before joining ERS, Nathalie was a Research Associate at NERA Economic Consulting, where she conducted energy economics research. Nathalie earned a B.Sc. in Applied Mathematics and Economics, and a B.A. in Education Studies at Brown University. While at Brown, she tutored high school Math and was a Summer School Math teacher. Additionally, Nathalie assisted Dr. John Papay on a research project that studies the causal effects of standardized assessment policies on students’ long-term outcomes in the state of Massachusetts. Nathalie grew up in Spain and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Outside of work Nathalie enjoys spending time with friends & family, exploring new places and trying new food.
