Olivia currently works with Hartford Public Schools on “reimagining” education and examining innovative staffing models.
Prior to joining ERS, Olivia earned a Ph.D. in education policy and management with a specialty in international education policy from Vanderbilt University. She then completed a two-year postdoctoral research fellowship at Tulane University, where she designed studies and wrote policy briefs answering pressing questions from New Orleans Public Schools and the Education Research Alliance for New Orleans advisory board.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys board games, crafting, and exploring the Boston area with her husband.
