Rebel Todhunter


Rebel is an Associate Consultant and has worked on the CFO Network and Alliance for Resource Equity (ARE) teams. Rebel helped develop the California CFO Network Power BI Dataset where district leaders can explore and compare enrollment and demographic data, as well as county-level birth rate and population trends. Her work on ARE has included a partnership with Prince William County Public Schools where Rebel contributed to diagnostic analysis reports on the dimensions of resource equity

Prior to joining ERS, Rebel was a high school science teacher at Atlantis Charter School in Fall River, MA. She founded both the AP Environmental Science and Honors Anatomy courses at Atlantis. She became passionate about working to expand post-secondary opportunities for her students and providing consistent guidance on the college application process.  

In May of 2022, Rebel graduated with her Master’s in Education Policy and Analysis. Her courses focused on statistics for educational research, designing equitable colleges and universities, and migration and urban education.  

Outside of work, Rebel enjoys dancing, running outside, and cooking with friends.
