Chief Financial Officer
Renee leads ERS’ finance, accounting and operations functions, managing resources that fuel our progress toward impact, sustainability, and scale. Renee leads a finance team which focuses on the continual improvement of systems and processes, ensuring effective and efficient processes for all regular accounting, financial and staffing functions including monthly financial statements, budget to actual reports, cash flow and balance sheets.
Prior to joining ERS, Renee was the AVP & Controller at Liberty Mutual where she managed an annual budget of $1.6B. Renee has earned a BA from University of Rochester, MBA from Boston University and a Master of Science in Accountancy from Bentley College.
Outside of work Renee serves on several non-profit boards that focus on improving lives and empowering individuals including NAACP Boston Branch, Visiting Nurse Association and Delta Research & Educational Foundation. She is a lifetime member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and enjoys vacationing in St. Martin, Netherland Antilles.
