Associate
As an Associate Consultant, Rishabh supports engagements with our district partners through quantitative and qualitative analysis. He is currently working alongside Detroit Public Schools to pilot scheduling and staffing changes that will inform districtwide changes in SY24-25.
Prior to joining ERS, Rishabh worked in strategy consulting at EY-Parthenon in their education and technology sectors. He started his career with Teach For America as a 4th-grade teacher in Oakland, CA, before transitioning into a policy fellowship where he served in a research and advocacy capacity around K-12 public school transformation.
Outside of work, Rishabh enjoys being active, whether that’s playing basketball, going for a run, or walking along the Esplanade. He is a foodie and loves trying out different cuisines in and around Boston.
