At ERS, Sai specializes in data-driven decision-making to assist our district partners in enhancing student outcomes. Sai has recently worked with Prince William County, conducting school-level equity analyses to support the district as they redesign their funding model.  

He earned a B.S. in Social Policy and Biology from Northwestern University and prior to ERS, worked in management consulting at EY-Parthenon. There, Sai focused on market research and due diligence for private equity clients, primarily in the K-12 learning platforms and educational technology software sector. His work involved research, macroeconomic modeling, and providing insights into investment opportunities. 

At Northwestern, Sai served as a mentor for Chicago Public Schools students through Supplies for Dreams and worked as a camp counselor at Camp Kesem. Sai grew up in Pune, India and completed high school in Cardiff, Wales before immigrating to the US, and he is fluent in Hindi and Marathi. Outside work, Sai enjoys biking, exploring Boston, and planning his next trip.
