ERS Team
Saskia Broesse
As an Associate, Saskia supports district and state partners in enacting transformative change for students and educators. She leverages her experience in qualitative and quantitative research to help school leaders make data-driven decisions that improve learning experiences and outcomes across communities.
Prior to joining ERS, Saskia worked as a teacher at an elementary school in St. Paul, Minnesota, and at a non-profit in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. While pursuing a master’s degree in educational policy, she led consulting projects with the Delaware Department of Education to improve outcomes for multilingual learners and with a consulting firm that supports youth who are neither in school nor employed. She also worked as a research intern supporting studies on youth flourishing.
Outside of work, Saskia enjoys exploring the Greater Boston area, staying active, and trying new recipes.
