Steph Jamaica

As a Senior Recruiter, Steph leads recruiting efforts by managing a structured and candidate-centered hiring process while building strategic talent partnerships.  She leverages recruitment data and stakeholder collaboration to inform hiring decisions and improve talent acquisition practices.

Before joining ERS, Steph spent eight years in higher education, where she focused on student leadership development, community building, crisis response, and student success initiatives. Her involvement in hiring-focused committees and workgroups sparked an interest in talent acquisition and provided opportunities to develop recruitment skills. She later deepened that expertise as a Recruitment Specialist at ERS before moving into her current role.

Outside of work, Steph enjoys quality time with her family, going on walks with her Weimaraner, watching the WNBA, and rebuilding her habit of reading for fun.
